Our owner and President spent 23 years with a major L.E. agency in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Assignments included Meth Task Force Supervisor, Homicide Supervisor, and Tactical Operations (SWAT) Team Leader, later retiring as a Class Sergeant with the Basic Training Academy. He is a U.S. Army veteran with tours including Civil Affairs Team Sergeant in Baghdad, Iraq from 2004-2005. Additionally, he is a founding board member and instructor for the Arizona Tactical Officers Association.

Director of Govt. & L.E. Sales

Jerry Rollings served in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper. He retired from the Scottsdale Police Department after 25 years of service, including 21 years in their Special Assignments Unit conducting surveillance operations, working felony apprehension missions, anti-narcotics tactical support, Special Weapons and Tactics, and as an instructor for his department's defensive tactics and firearms training programs. He was a founding team member of Scottsdale PD's SWAT, serving 18 continuous years on the team with no break in service. Jerry is a seasoned instructor in Defensive Tactics, Dynamic Simulation, Close Quarters Countermeasures, SWAT Tactics, Ballistic Shield, Rope & Rappel, High Risk Stops, and multiple Firearms. Jerry currently conducts training missions for law enforcement, military, and independent security contractors.
